responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any
action or inaction that you take based on the information, services or other
material on this site. giant truck auction will do our best to give you 100% of the facts as they are presented to us
   Terms of Bids
All bids must be faxed before the cut off date, all bidders must be signed up on giant truck auction with a valid email,  phone and contact name, most items are to be removed within 3 to 5 days without occurring any extra storage unless other arrangements have been made. All merchandise must be paid for by Bank Wire or ( Certified funds  for U.S bidders only) we prefer Bank wire, anyone out side of the united state must pay with a bank wire before shipping.
